MK9016
100V Input, 0.6A, Ultra-Low IQ, Synchronous Buck Converter
The MK9016 operates over a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 100V. With integrated the main MOSFET and a synchronous MOSFET, the MK9016 delivers up to 0.6A output current.
The MK9016 adopts a constant on-time (COT) control architecture to achieve excellent transient response.
With patented standby circuits, the device can achieve ultra-low IQ, and exit the standby mode fast.
